Hi Deb, Dr Unruh is not a specialist with Sjorgen’s Syndrome. One of the main concerns related to this disease is decay. A dry mouth can increase the chances of dental caries. Often times fluoride treatments are recommended. Any General Dentist should be able to help manage these symptoms. I am not sure of who may specialize in Sjorgen’s Syndrome in our area. There may be some dentists in Reno.
